The service and its operator
VAYRO is a dating service operated personally under the business name VYLO. Contact the operator at xkwaoconker@hotmail.com. The community guidelines, privacy policy and retention schedule supplement these terms. Consent needed for optional or sensitive uses of information is obtained separately; reading these terms does not replace it. Publishing these terms does not record retroactive acceptance by existing members.
Access requirements
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information, including your date of birth. A minor cannot use VAYRO with parental permission. Do not create a fake profile or impersonate someone. Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for actions you authorize with your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized use. Never share your password or sign-in code with someone claiming to work for VAYRO.
How VAYRO works
VAYRO lets you discover profiles using preferences, express interest and chat after a match. The number of profiles, compatibility and other members' activity vary: no meeting, response or compatibility is guaranteed. Free now, Free tonight and Free this weekend are optional statuses visible for 24 hours after an explicit save. They never reactivate automatically. Publishing your status is free; dedicated discovery of available profiles may depend on the Premium offer shown in the app. An offer does not change the meaning of consent to meet. Outings will be available later. Real purchases are not open yet. Features being tested or unavailable are identified accordingly.
Respect and consent
You must follow the community guidelines and the law. A match, Like, WoW, invitation or availability status never means consent to an intimate exchange, physical contact or meeting. Respect refusals, silence, changes of mind and blocks. Harassment, hate, threats, blackmail, fraud, spam, paid sexual services, pornography and exploitation are prohibited. Content sexually exploiting a minor or attempts to facilitate such acts are never tolerated. Report such content without redistributing it.
Your content and the rights needed
You keep your rights to the photos, voice, text and other content you provide. You must have the necessary permissions to publish them, including where other people are recognizable. Do not publish their private information without permission. To operate the service, you authorize VAYRO to host, technically reproduce, convert to the required format and display your content to people authorized by the service's features and settings. This permission is limited to operating, securing and moderating the service; it does not grant a general right to use your photos in advertising campaigns or sell them. When you remove content or delete the account, this use ends according to the retention schedule and applicable legal exceptions. Copies already shared or saved by other people cannot be recalled remotely.
Settings and privacy
The privacy policy explains information collected, recipients, providers, retention periods and your rights. You can change your information and settings, withdraw device permissions or pause Dating. Pausing limits discovery and keeps the account and conversations. Conversations are not described as end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sharing information you do not want to entrust to the service or the other person.
Verification and meeting people
The purple checkmark means a verification request was manually reviewed and approved through the available process. Verification is optional. It is not a background check or a guarantee of behavior, future identity or safety. Keep control of your transportation and choose a public place for a first date. Voluntarily sharing details with someone you trust does not start location tracking. VAYRO is not an emergency response service.
Reports, restrictions and appeals
You can report a profile or message and block a member. The operator reviews the facts; a report does not automatically result in a penalty. Depending on severity and available information, VAYRO may remove content, limit a feature, suspend the account or close access to enforce the rules and protect members. A restriction may be applied quickly when safety requires it. When possible and permitted, the affected member is told the reason and can request a review through support. Information that could identify the reporting person or compromise an investigation is not disclosed unnecessarily. Do not evade a restriction with another account.
Closing your account
Deletion is available in Profile → Safety and account. You can also request deletion by email through the public deletion page without reinstalling the app. The operator may proportionately verify that the request comes from the holder; your password is never requested. Verified requests are handled within 7 days, subject to legally necessary retention. Initially hiding the profile and uninstalling the app do not amount to complete erasure. The operator confirms processing after checking its outcome and explains exceptions when permitted. The schedule details the information covered and exceptions.
Future purchases and subscriptions
No real purchase is offered in the current version. Prices shown in preparation or a demo do not authorize a charge. Before a purchase is enabled, the offer must state the price, currency, applicable taxes, duration, any automatic renewal, included features, cancellation terms and refund rules. Purchase confirmation will be required. Reading these terms, creating a free account or setting an availability status cannot alone trigger payment or renewal. A future Apple or Google subscription will be managed in the relevant store. Deleting your account will not replace canceling that subscription. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable refund processes remain protected. Full supplier contact details and required pre-contract information must be finalized before purchases open.
Availability and responsibility
VAYRO may experience interruptions, errors or maintenance periods. Support receives requests at xkwaoconker@hotmail.com and is not monitored continuously. Requests are handled within 7 days after account verification when needed. Report issues so they can be reviewed. Members decide on their conversations and meetings and must respect others' rights. These terms do not exclude a warranty or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory remedy. They do not limit VAYRO's responsibilities through a general waiver of your rights.
Changes to the terms
Important changes will be presented with their effective date before applying, in accordance with applicable rules. Separate consent or acceptance will be requested when necessary. Publishing a new version will not be described as retroactive acceptance by existing members.
Applicable law and contact
The service is being prepared for a launch in Québec. Québec law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms without removing mandatory protections you are entitled to in your circumstances. This text does not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of class actions. Competent courts and authorities remain available as provided by law.
