From the app
Open Profile → Safety and account → Delete my VAYRO account. Type DELETE, then confirm. The authenticated request hides your profile and disables registered notifications. Active data deletion is handled afterward. Opening this page, uninstalling the app or pausing Dating does not delete your account.
Without access to the app
Email xkwaoconker@hotmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject Delete my VAYRO account. Simply say you want your account and its data deleted. You do not need to reinstall or sign in. If you cannot access that email address, contact us to arrange suitable verification. Do not include a password, code or photo ID in the first email.
Timing and confirmation
After checking that the request comes from the account holder, VYLO handles deletion within a maximum of 7 days. Requests received by email are handled manually. We confirm deletion after processing; sending an email or hiding the profile does not mean full erasure has already happened.
What is deleted
Processing removes the sign-in account, profile, photos and voice, preferences, Likes and WoWs, matches, associated messages and dates from active systems, and account-linked content from Outing tests. Private verification documents are also covered. Other members' data and copies saved outside the service cannot be erased remotely.
Limited retention
The retention schedule sets out deadlines and exceptions. Legal duties may require restricted retention of specific information used to make a decision or investigate an incident. Shorter ordinary cycles do not override that duty. Provider logs and backups follow their own cycles. Exceptions are explained when permitted by law. These copies are not used to keep your profile in discovery. Alignment of cleanup with these rules is still being checked before public launch.
Subscriptions and other requests
Real purchases are not open yet. If subscriptions are enabled later, deleting your account will not replace cancellation through Apple or Google. To remove media or correct information without deleting your account, use profile settings or contact support.
